very good.

so far i'd say this is my favorite loop by you.
It would sound awesome on AP frontpage if
you ask me, it never gets boring!!
this should totally be on front page...

on Ng for too long, but i just realized that
jizz castles was the first song i DLed on NG...lol...

Dude, just so happy to have fans :)

Positive comments about things you create... who knew it would be so damn satisfying?

And jizz castles, now that I go back and listen to it, is pretty damn awesome! I wanna remix it and re-release the newer badasser version. What do you think?

nice work.

not you're best, still good stuff.
the only problems i had were:
the pad at the beginning sounds a little..
i don't know..."obstrusive" ? like it gets
in your face from the getgo. unlike, your
subtle beginnings (first level, madness beat)
also, its a little repetetive, but then again
so is every techno song. good stuff.
keep being the infamous Psybot XD

Psybot responds:

thx man... ill remember that until next time.

thx for your review

very good.

I liked the long intro.
Like a real trance song.
Reminded me alot of
Infected Mushroom.
A tad repetitive...
but then again, so is
all trance music.
One suggestion:
When the trance beat
kicks in (thump, thump..)
bring back the pad.
That'd sound better.
End sounded good too.
All around, I liked it alot.
good job.

-Johnny_Beat

(P.S. even though it sounded
alot like other songs, I'm still
going to give u a 5)

NDP responds:

Thx for reviewing, yeah this was an attempt, not really sure where i was going with it so i just finished.

Nicolas...

dear God.

I never thought I'd here someone master FL so well.
Do you use VST plugins or external hardware?
You sir are indeed a beast.
Excellent touch with the pad.
You most definantly should get signed.
Whenever I get the chance I plan to switch over to
FLS 4 or 5 from my MAC software so I can broaden my horizons in the music industry.
Very incredible. A+ work.
Keep being the infamous Psybot. XD

(P.S. Your up there with ParagonX9 and RageVI. I'd say you should have platinums, and this song should most definantly have 500+ dl's. Do you often advertise in the Audio Joint/ Audio Advertisements forums?)

Psybot responds:

the only time i advertise at the forum is when i upload a new song.

thx for you review... it really got me happy and rised my ego a bit.. (in a good way)

thx again =D

deep n pumpin

go with this lj, it had a nice feel to it, make it into a full length song and it'd probably be badass as hell.

LJCoffee responds:

Thanks man... I'm workin' on it..

BTW - I hear you need a sig.

Good shit.

personally, i love the piano.
i think it fits nicely.
without it it feels like the song
has no face, metaphorically
speaking, like its a shell
full of ambient sound effects.
the piano is just the right touch. XD
but yeah, good stuff.

LJCoffee responds:

That's cool man. This was the piece that eventually turned into "Still under the influence" - if you listen back to back I'm sure you'll hear the similarities. I think the prob with the piano was that it was so quantized... Maybe if I jittered things up a little - shifted a note or two by a 64th triplet here and there it would have felt a little more natural. (i know I can't personally play a piano to that sort of accuracy!)

I appreciate the review - I've been meaning to check to see if you had any new stuff... I'll go take a look in a bit.

!

WHhaHAHhaHAHha OMFG

you pwn.
that was fucking hilarious.
fucking. hilarious.
the beat was pumping too!
i caught myself dancing to
this shit.
i thought about suicide for
a while...but then realize...
its so goddamn funny!!!!
a+ bro. good job.
i gave u a 7 got clarity cus it
sounded a little low.
thats all. great work.
check my stuff out too =)

SpamWarrior responds:

Lol thank you sir, too kind. I eventually realised that pitchbending isnt the best way to to mix this :) But i leave it as a testament to my insanity. Even my head hurts when i listen to it, and i made the fucking thing :) If you like cheesy euro pop aqua are good, pretty creative for pop music, shame they dont exist anymore.

that was awesome.

dude, that was good shit right there. dark-techno is so fucking trippy. just like drum n bass is the shit cause its dark. man, that was cool. 5-grade work.

- Johnny_Beat

NewEvolution responds:

Nice man, thanks. I've always been a fan of darker techno...I just need to get me some audio software now. Since I've started living in a Mac exclusive environment, I've been without BuzzTracker which is what I'd used for all my work thus far. I'll have to look into some of the Mac audio programs out there and get back into the swing of things.

Not bad

I loved the long intro alot, the thing that kinda got to me was how you kind of got a little off-theme midway in your song. The midi sound of it all got on my nerves a little, I liked the beat, but it was a little disorganized at some parts. however, it was still pretty good.

4/5.

- Johnny_Beat

NewEvolution responds:

I'd agree. It's one of my earlier pieces, and looking back some of the drums get a bit harsh and repetitive. The sounds does switch about halfway, but that's part of the progression...could use a bit smoother transition perhaps. Thanks for the critique though, I appreciate hearing what can make my work better.

I love it.

There is nothing better in a classical song than just a single straight piano. Even though I love almost every type of music, there's just something about a single piano.

Ever played Final Fantasy VII? Remember that techno-like song when you fight Jenova? Turned out the japanese actual just put a cover on that from a famous piano player known as noir. Check out Noir - Jenova. You'll see what I mean.

Anyway, one hell of a piano song my friend. I sincerely enjored it. Keep up the good work!

- Johnny Beat

Buck-Wizzle responds:

Thanks for the review mate
I do very much enjoy the piano, as I can see you do too. I have to agree with you when you talk about the single piano; for some reason it sounds more complete than any other instrument and sometimes more so than a collection of instruments. Unfortunately I've never gotten the privallage of playing FFVII, but being such of fan of their music, I've probably heard that song, and check out Noir - Jenova I will. Thanks again for the rev!

Hey guys, catch my Beats at the AUDIO PORTAL via the little shiny things at the top of the screen. That's all for now. Catch me on NG sometime. Peaceeee
